About Jeffrey Perri Senior, Chef and Owner
Tomato Chef founder and owner Jeffrey Perri, Sr., brings over 20 years of professional experience in culinary arts and training. Mr. Perri has been recognized throughout his career as a visionary chef who is adept at creating menus that are tantalizing to each and every diner. With outstanding expertise in a diverse range of cuisine, Mr. Perri specializes in food preparation, menu development, and event planning and catering. He has decided the time is right to bring his often-praised dishes to people everywhere who may not want traditional fair or event fare.
Mr. Perri’s career includes serving as a cook, garde manger, head cook, kitchen manager, sous chef, director of food operations, personal chef, culinary production supervisor, and culinary instructor. He holds numerous certifications, including ServSafe Manager & Alcohol, and is a member of the American Chef Federation. He also has an associate degree in occupational studies from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts.
About Crystal Perri, Co-Owner
Crystal Perri supports her husband's vision and she works with her husband in different trades.

Tomato Chef is registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of Maryland. Tomato Chef will serve food from its concession food trailer throughout the Maryland and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas. The business will specialize in serving local, humanely-grown products and organic foods, including:

There are over 80 wineries and 40 breweries in Maryland alone where the Tomato Chef food trailer will appear, attracting every customer who appreciates wine and beer and often uses such locations for weddings, special events, festivals and whatever the customers want us to locate. This will create a specialized market of individuals who purchase Tomato Chef’s catering appetizer package.

Our team
The Tomato Chef staff will be highly trained and deeply dedicated to making sure the customer has a great ordering, delivery, and meal experience — and more importantly, an experience that will bring the customer back. The staff members are trained by Mr. Perri and also come with experience from their individual careers. We are required to have ServSafe certifications. Each and every employee will be required to understand our customer service philosophy and approach with our smile.
