Prepared Food Sales to Third Parties 

The concession food trailer will be positioned at or near popular events such as wineries, breweries, fairgrounds, and festivals on weekends. Offered will be an antipasto and bruschetta/tartine menu customized to the event’s focus or theme. For instance, at a winery or wine festival, food products would include Campania Caprese, fresh buffalo, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil pesto, fresh basil, marinated artichokes, Chef’s infused olive oil, white balsamic reduction, micro-green mix, rustic crostini — all foods compatible with chardonnay wine.

Corporate Lunch Delivery Service

Another offering is a corporate lunch menu (also available in Appendix B) available during the weekdays. By providing sample sandwiches, salads, and soups to potential clients, who can then determine what they’d like to order by visiting our website at www.tomatochef1.com. Same-day deliveries are available, and weekly special menus will also be available.
